How does LMS::Outmatch work?

  2. LMS::Outmatch eliminates the offers that are not relevant to the specific recipient (because they are not interested, wrong location, offer has already been sent, etc.)
  3. It selects the most relevant offer from those remaining.
  4. LMS::Outmatch then initiates the sending of a message and chooses the appropriate channel for that particular moment. Several offers can be sent in one message.

The company can manage the volume and number of playouts. Your company defines when "push" offers are to be played out. Personalised offers can be part of a newsletter for instance.
Or you decide on the "pull" method, in which offers are played out while your customer is interacting with your company. This could be when the customer visits a company website or buys a ticket at a kiosk.
