"Alexander Glueck has been with LPS since September 2012. In his most recent position as Chief Executive Officer, he has secured long-term contracts with Deutsche Bahn and Lufthansa, and managed the onboarding of both United Airlines and China Southern Airlines as new clients. He previously served as our COO after spending nearly a decade in various leadership positions at PAYBACK and Deutsche Telekom. Alexander studied at University of Regensburg, where he earned a degree in business administration. Passion for loyalty, motivation to succeed, and drive to deliver the best have defined Alexander’s career from the beginning. LPS has benefited from his proven track record of financial management, as he laid the foundation for the company’s profitability. Indeed, Alexander’s expertise in company strategy directly resulted in the transformation of LPS: He positioned the company perfectly for further growth by accelerating investment in product development so it can keep delivering state-of-the-art technology and continue serving the market. Calm and focused even in challenging times, Alexander never fails to lead the company to greater heights. "Christian Gerlich joined LPS as Chief Information Officer in November 2019. During his time as CIO crafting and executing the IT strategy across the German publishing houses of Holtzbrinck Buchverlage GmbH, he honed his expertise by consolidating business processes and by implementing application standards across the multiple publishing houses. After completing his degree in computer science at Ludwig Maximilian University, he joined Loyalty Partner, where he played a key role in establishing the loyalty programs for PAYBACK Germany and PAYBACK Poland as well as engineering the initial stages of their global IT platform. This set him up with loyalty and CRM expertise and allowed him to develop his strategic mindset while earning his MBA at FOM in Munich. Serving as CTO at Holtzbrinck Digital, an investment portfolio company for digital startups, as well as Managing Director of a full-service provider for publishing houses added wide-ranging experience in digital technology, agile processes, and collaborative approaches to his toolkit. His sound knowledge in cloud technology and SaaS sharpened his mind for digital transformation, making him an indispensable part of our LPS team today. Christian has a clear passion for driving business internationally and a unique outlook on his position. These provide clear benefits to LPS and our customers worldwide as he truly lives and pursues the idea that the “I” in CIO stands for innovation."

Philipp Correll

Head of CRM-Services

"Philipp Correll has been with the LP Group since 2007. Before becoming head of customer relationship management (CRM) services at LPS, Philipp led the Business Analysis & Business Consulting for Airline and Railway. Nearly his entire tenure with LPS has been defined by work in CRM and digitization of the customer journey. Philipp has a degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich and became a member of our management board in 2013. With his natural leadership qualities, negotiation skills, and forward-thinking world view, he strengthened the relationship with Deutsche Bahn and our position as a general contractor. His years of experience managing all services behind Deutsche Bahn’s loyalty and bonus programs give him a unique insight into the most demanding challenges of the industry and technology, plus a fresh take on customer satisfaction. Philipp’s strong focus on operational excellence, ensures high availability and quality. By establishing the Innovation Consulting Team within LPS, he makes sure our products, services, and our customers’ programs stay ahead of the curve and remain successful. When it comes to fostering strong customer relationships, Philipp’s passion for customer loyalty shines through in his work and can be felt throughout the team."

Dr. Udo Wilski


"Dr. Udo Wilski joined LPS right at the start in September 2008 after working for the parent company LP since 2003. In addition to his current role as the Chief Technology Officer and member of the Executive Board, Udo has been serving as Head of LMS & IT Services as well as Vice President of Airlines. His professional experience reaches back to the early 1990s when he was one of the pioneers in agile software development. He has held senior positions for various information system providers and earned his Doctor of Engineering at the Dresden University of Technology. With Udo at the forefront of Product Development, customers can rest assured knowing their data is in safe hands. Combining his airline industry expertise with his passion for high-quality software, he successfully led the implementation and migration of high-data-volume loyalty programs for Lufthansa, Deutsche Bahn, and many other clients. Agile product management and SaaS are among his other areas of expertise that the company benefits from. Udo very much enjoys the LPS working climate, but more than that, he considers himself lucky to be able to collaborate with such a committed workforce. “It’s a lot of fun solving problems and implementing new ideas with my colleagues, especially when customers tell us how delighted they are with our solution.
