Christian Gerlich
Chief Executive Officer
Christian Gerlich joined the LPS leadership team as chief information officer in November 2019 and became CEO in February 2022. With a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and business development, Christian plays a key role in steering the company toward growth and innovation. His expertise in navigating complex business landscapes makes him a pivotal force in shaping LPS’s future and ensuring its continued success.
Experience
Christian’s career began at Oracle Consulting, where he spent several years developing essential skills in technology solutions. He then joined Loyalty Partner Solutions, significantly contributing to the establishment of loyalty programs for PAYBACK Germany and PAYBACK Poland, as well as engineering the early stages of their global IT platform. With a strong foundation in computer science from the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich, he was able to further hone his agile and digital mindset in his leadership roles at Holtzbrinck Publishing Group, enriching his business transformation experience and enhancing his customer-focused approach. Additionally, he earned an MBA at FOM in Munich, further refining his strategic acumen.

Philipp Correll
Vice President of CRM-Services
Philipp Correll has been with the LP Group since 2007 and is currently the head of customer relationship management (CRM) services at LPS. His core skills in leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking contribute to his effectiveness in enhancing customer relationships.
Experience
Philipp holds a degree in computer science from the Technical University of Munich and joined the management board in 2013. Before leading CRM services, Philipp managed business analysis and business consulting for the airline and railway sectors. His tenure at LPS has been characterized by a strong focus on CRM and the digitalization of the customer journey. He played a pivotal role in strengthening the relationship with Deutsche Bahn and enhancing LPS’s position as a general contractor. With years of experience overseeing services for Deutsche Bahn’s loyalty and bonus programs, Philipp possesses unique insights into the industry’s most demanding challenges, as well as a fresh perspective on customer satisfaction. His natural leadership qualities and commitment to operational excellence ensure high availability and quality in all services.

By establishing the Innovation Consulting Team within LPS, he has ensured that the organization’s products, services, and customer programs remain ahead of the curve and successful. Falk Austgen
Chief Commercial officer
Falk Austgen joined LPS in September 2019 and is currently our chief commercial officer. He possesses expertise in financial management, analytical thinking, and strategic planning, essential skills for driving the company’s growth and enhancing its service portfolio.
Experience
Falk initially joined LPS as chief financial officer, focusing on improving profitability and financial excellence while driving the expansion of international business initiatives. He has gained extensive experience in the loyalty sector, with over 12 years of experience at the Loyalty Competence Center of the American Express Group in various roles. His strong analytical skills have guided LPS through the challenging business environment of the travel and transportation industry. Falk holds an MBA from Cass Business School in London, specializing in digital transformation and corporate innovation.

Siegfried Polysius
Chief Technology Officer
Siegfried Polysius joined Loyalty Partner Solutions as chief technology officer in January 2025, after previously serving as chief architect at PAYBACK from 2009 to 2016. With over two decades of leadership experience in solution architecture, cloud platforms, and digital transformation, he brings a wealth of expertise to LPS, driving the company’s technological strategy, focusing on innovation and architectural excellence, and ensuring LPS remains at the cutting edge of key technology trends.
Experience
Prior to joining LPS, Siegfried held management positions at various large companies, most notably Oracle, Amazon Web Services, and Audi. At Amazon Web Services, he led solution architecture teams across verticals, advising senior leaders on cloud migration, enterprise architecture, and AI adoption. Siegfried was recognized for his leadership in fostering innovation and inclusion within the organization. As VP of cloud and architecture at BestSecret GmbH, he established a strong architectural community, managed cross-functional engineering teams, and led the development of an Azure-based cloud platform supporting production services for over 30 development teams. These experiences shaped his expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and technology implementation, positioning him as a pivotal figure in guiding LPS through its next phase of technological growth.

He envisions leveraging cloud technologies, digital transformation, and AI to ensure LPS stays at the forefront of innovation. By fostering an agile engineering culture, he aims to enable the organization to deliver exceptional value to its partners and customers.
