With a seamless migration of data from the legacy Miles & More solution to our Loyalty Management Suite (LMS) and our consulting services, we have ensured the future viability of Europe’s largest airline loyalty program. Since 2012 LMS enables Miles & More to exchange data in real time with surrounding systems and to integrate smoothly with more than 300 partners, regardless of their IT infrastructures. Thanks to LMS, Miles & More was able to grow its loyalty business by increasing member engagement and expanding its partner network – all at a lower cost.
