BahnComfort becomes BahnBonus. The introduction of three new status levels.
As a service provider for DB, we played a key role in this transformation. The know-how and full commitment of our team was required for this customer-effective further development of the bonus program and for the associated integration of new service elements.
That is why, together with the DB team, we are delighted about the successful and smooth start of this project, with a clearly noticeable effect for all BahnBonus program participants.
LPS has maintained a close partnership with DB Fernverkehr for many years. Since April 2002, the Loyalty Partner Group has been operating the Oracle Siebel-based bahn.bonus comfort IT system for DB Fernverkehr AG, which was expanded in August 2005 to include the bahn.bonus loyalty program. Since 2006, we have been acting as a general contractor for DB and, as part of the cooperation we developed an own voucher and benefit system for managing all loyalty mechanics within the scope of the new status program. In addition to the further development and maintenance of the IT infrastructure, we advise DB on topics such as innovation and sustainability to improve the customer journey and loyalty.
Now we are very excited to see how the new status benefits and services are used and look forward to further developments.
