Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Loyalty Partner Solutions GmbH (“LPS”), Theresienhoehe 12, 80339 Munich, Germany (“Promoter”).
This prize draw is organized in connection with the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check conducted by LPS.

2. Eligibility

The prize draw is open to individuals who:

  • are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry;
  • complete the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check during the entry period; and
  • voluntarily provide the contact information required to enter the prize draw.


Participation is subject to any applicable laws and regulations in the participant’s country of residence. The prize draw is void where prohibited by law.

3. Entry Period

The prize draw opens on 03.09.2026 and closes on 30.10.2026 (“Entry Period”).

Entries received after the end of the Entry Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, participants must:

  1. complete the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check during the Entry Period;
  2. indicate that they wish to participate in the prize draw; and
  3. provide their first and last name and a valid business email address in the designated section of the survey form.

Participation in the prize draw is voluntary.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by the same individual will be treated as one entry.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive:

  • two (2) tickets/registrations for Loyalty & Awards 2026 in Vancouver, Canada, taking place 16–18 November 2026; and
  • an invitation for the winner and one (1) guest to an exclusive networking evening hosted by LPS in Vancouver, bringing together loyalty industry professionals and leaders.


The approximate total value of the prize is 500 € per person.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize does not include:

  • flights or other transportation to or from Vancouver;
  • accommodation;
  • local transportation or transfers;
  • passports, visas, Electronic Travel Authorizations (eTA) or other entry requirements;
  • travel or health insurance;
  • meals, beverages or other hospitality outside those expressly included with the event tickets or LPS networking evening;
  • taxes, duties or other personal expenses.


The winner and their guest are solely responsible for arranging and paying for all travel and other expenses not expressly included in the prize and for ensuring that they satisfy all applicable travel and entry requirements for Canada.

The winner’s guest must also comply with any applicable eligibility, venue and event requirements.

6. Prize Conditions

The prize is personal to the winner and may not be transferred to another person without the prior written consent of the Promoter.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary alternative.

The Promoter reserves the right, where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary, to substitute the prize or any part of it with an alternative of equivalent or greater value.

Attendance at Loyalty & Awards 2026 and the LPS networking evening is subject to the applicable event and venue rules and any registration requirements imposed by the relevant organizer or venue.

If the winner or their guest is unable to travel to or attend the event for any reason, the Promoter is not obliged to reimburse any associated costs or provide a cash alternative.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The draw will take place on or around October 2026.

The selection process will be conducted by or on behalf of the Promoter in a manner designed to ensure a fair and impartial selection.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance

The selected winner will be contacted using the business email address provided when entering the prize draw.

The winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 business days of receiving the notification.

The Promoter may request information reasonably necessary to verify the winner’s eligibility and arrange the prize.

If the selected winner:

  • cannot be contacted;
  • does not respond within the specified period;
  • declines the prize;
  • is unable to demonstrate eligibility; or
  • otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions,


the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select another winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the email address supplied is accurate and that they are able to receive communications from the Promoter.

9. Personal Data

Personal data submitted for participation in the prize draw will be processed for the purposes of administering the prize draw, determining and contacting the winner, verifying eligibility, arranging delivery and administration of the prize and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Entry into the prize draw does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

10. Publicity

The winner’s name, image, company name or other personal information will not be used for promotional or publicity purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, separate consent.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any participant who:

  • provides false or misleading information;
  • attempts to manipulate the entry or selection process;
  • uses automated means to enter;
  • breaches these Terms & Conditions; or
  • otherwise acts fraudulently or unfairly in connection with the prize draw.

12. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the prize draw where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

Where reasonably possible, participants will be informed of material changes.

Any changes will be made in a manner intended to preserve the fairness and integrity of the prize draw.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including cancellation, postponement or modification of Loyalty & Awards 2026 or the networking evening, travel disruption or a winner’s inability to travel.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence or for injury to life, body or health where applicable.

Participants remain responsible for determining whether they are able to travel to Canada and attend the relevant events.

14. Relationship with Loyalty & Awards

The prize includes tickets/registrations for Loyalty & Awards 2026. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prize draw is organized and administered by LPS and not by the organizer of Loyalty & Awards.

Participation in Loyalty & Awards may additionally be subject to the event organizer’s applicable registration and attendance terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the prize draw are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that participants may have under the laws applicable to them.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with the prize draw or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany. Any mandatory statutory rules regarding jurisdiction remain unaffected.

This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed when you choose to participate in the prize draw associated with the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check (“Prize Draw”).

Participation in the Prize Draw is voluntary and is separate from your participation in the survey.

2. What personal data do we collect?

If you choose to enter the Prize Draw, we collect the following information:

  • first name;
  • last name;
  • business email address;
  • company
  • position
  • information confirming your decision to enter the Prize Draw;
  • date/time of entry
  • where necessary, information required to verify your eligibility.


If you are selected as the winner, we may collect additional information that is reasonably necessary to confirm your eligibility and organize the prize.

Where required to arrange attendance for your guest, we may also request limited information about your guest after you have accepted the prize. The winner should not provide another person’s personal data to us unless requested and should ensure that the person is informed about the relevant processing.

We do not require you to provide your contact details for the Prize Draw in order to complete the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check.

3. Why do we process your personal data?

We process Prize Draw personal data for the following purposes:

  • registering and administering your entry;
  • checking compliance with the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions;
  • selecting a winner;
  • contacting and verifying the selected winner;
  • arranging and administering the prize, including the Loyalty & Awards 2026 tickets and invitation to the LPS networking evening;
  • preventing fraud or misuse of the Prize Draw;
  • responding to questions or complaints relating to the Prize Draw; and
  • complying with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting or record-keeping obligations.


Your Prize Draw contact details will not be used to send you marketing communications solely because you entered the Prize Draw.

Any use of your personal data for marketing purposes will be handled separately and in accordance with applicable data protection and electronic marketing requirements.

4. What is our legal basis for processing?

The legal basis for processing your personal data in connection with the Prize Draw is:

Depending on the final structure of the Prize Draw and LPS’s internal legal assessment, relevant legal bases under Article 6(1) GDPR may include:

  • processing necessary to administer your voluntary participation in the Prize Draw and fulfil the associated arrangements; and/or
  • LPS’s legitimate interests in conducting, securely administering and protecting the integrity of the Prize Draw, where those interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms; and
  • where applicable, processing necessary to comply with a legal obligation.


Where processing is based on legitimate interests, the relevant interests may include the proper administration of the Prize Draw, prevention of fraudulent entries, protection of the integrity of the selection process and handling of related claims.

5. Is providing your personal data mandatory?

No.

Participation in the Prize Draw is entirely voluntary.

However, if you choose to enter, we need your name and business email address to administer your entry and to contact you if you are selected as the winner.

If you do not provide the required Prize Draw information, you will not be entered into the Prize Draw. This does not affect your ability to participate in the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check.

6. Who has access to your personal data?

Access to Prize Draw personal data is limited to individuals and service providers who require it for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

This may include:

  • authorized LPS employees involved in administering the Prize Draw;
  • relevant employees of affiliated companies where necessary for administration of the campaign;
  • IT and technology service providers supporting the survey and Prize Draw, including Microsoft/Microsoft Forms;
  • service providers assisting with event registration or prize administration; and
  • professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law.


Where third-party service providers process personal data on our behalf, appropriate contractual and data protection safeguards are applied as required by applicable law.

7. International data transfers

Some service providers or recipients involved in the processing of personal data may be located outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or may process personal data from countries outside the EEA.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, LPS will ensure that an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards are in place as required by applicable data protection law. Depending on the recipient and destination, these may include an adequacy decision by the European Commission or appropriate contractual safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long do we keep your personal data?

Prize Draw personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice.

Personal data relating to unsuccessful participants will generally be deleted or anonymized 12 months after completion of the Prize Draw, unless a longer retention period is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Personal data relating to the winner may be retained for a longer period where necessary for prize administration, accounting, tax, legal or compliance purposes.

After the applicable retention period expires, personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with LPS’s applicable retention requirements.

9. Your data protection rights

Subject to the conditions and limitations provided by applicable data protection law, you may have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request deletion of your personal data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to certain processing of your personal data;
  • request portability of your personal data where applicable; and
  • where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.


Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to such processing on grounds relating to your particular situation in accordance with applicable law.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes applicable data protection law.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not use your Prize Draw personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

The winner is selected at random from eligible entries as described in the Prize Draw Terms & Conditions.

12. Relationship with the survey

The collection of your contact information for the Prize Draw is separate from your participation in the Travel & Transportation Industry Pulse Check.

Entering the Prize Draw is optional.

Where technically and operationally feasible, access to Prize Draw contact information should be limited to the persons responsible for administering the Prize Draw.

13. Changes to this Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice where necessary to reflect changes to the Prize Draw, our processing activities or applicable legal requirements.

The version published at the time of your participation, together with any subsequent material updates communicated as appropriate, will apply to the processing of your personal data.
